Gravesham Young Conservatives aims to encourage young people to get involved in politics and address the issues that matter to them in Gravesham.
Young Conservatives (known as YCs) is for anyone under 25 years old, including all members of the Conservative Party under this age. YCs is one of the largest youth political organisation in the UK with more than 15,000 members around the country.
Gravesham Young Conservatives has been running since 2010 and we are one of the largest Conservative Future groups in Kent, and you don't have to live in Gravesham to join us.
We believe it is vital that young people's views and opinions are heard and taken into account.
The aim of the group is to attract young, conservative people who want to find out more about politics, stand as candidates in Gravesham or simply want to meet like-minded young people in the local area.
We hold many social events throughout the year in addition to campaigning for candidates across Kent.
Gravesham Young Conservatives are proud that a number of YC members have been selected to stand as candidates in the 2019 borough elections.
If you, or anyone you know, would like to join us for any social or political events or if you just want to find out more, please contact our Young Conservative President, Cllr. Jordan Meade – [email protected]
